The motor shaft is used in the motor drive system of new energy hybrid vehicles and pure electric vehicles. The drive motor system is one of the core systems of new energy vehicles. The motor shaft is also the key component of the drive motor system. The quality of its materials and heat treatment will affect the overall performance of the drive motor system.According to different materials, the commonly used heat treatment methods for motor shafts are induction heat treatment and carburizing quenching heat treatment.

Induction heat treatment can selectively harden the inner hole or inner spline, which not only greatly reduces the heat treatment time and energy consumption, but also reduces the distortion of the workpiece.
