BOZE has won a major order in the aviation field. Titanium alloy fasteners help upgrade the supply chain of large aircraft
On July 10, 2025, BOZE announced that its sales team in Shaanxi Province had successfully signed an order for approximately 200,000 titanium alloy fasteners for aerospace, marking a key breakthrough in the company's strategic layout in the high-end aviation components market. This order will be applied to large aircraft and aero engine projects and is expected to be delivered in batches starting from September 2025.
Technological leadership leads to market breakthroughs
The titanium alloy fasteners involved in this order are made of TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) material, featuring an excellent tensile strength of over 895MPa and a Brinell hardness of 330HB. They can meet the dual demands of lightweight and high strength for aviation structural components. BOZE has successfully passed the aviation special process certification by integrating the technological accumulation of the Swiss research team in the field of precision manufacturing with the local production capacity in China, and the product precision has reached the micron-level standard.
Deepen cooperation in the aviation industry chain
The order signing party is a certain European aviation manufacturing enterprise, and the two sides will establish a long-term strategic cooperative relationship. The general manager of Brose said, "This cooperation not only consolidates our advantages in automotive and motorcycle parts, but also enables the aviation business to upgrade from structural components to key fasteners." It is learned that the company has initiated a capacity expansion plan for its production base and is expected to increase the annual production capacity of titanium alloy components by 40% by the end of 2025.
Industry background and future outlook
This order highlights the characteristics of international suppliers adapting to China's aviation industry chain through technology transfer. The compound annual growth rate of the aviation fastener market is expected to reach 8.5% in the future. Brose plans to invest 20 million euros in aviation business research and development by 2026, with a focus on expanding into emerging fields such as composite material connectors.
