• Surface treatment: provide anodizing (a variety of colors available, easy to distinguish specifications for surgery), electropolishing and aseptic packaging treatment.

A: Yes, we use Ti6Al4V ELI titanium according to ASTM F136 standard, which is internationally recognized as the standard material for orthopedic and dental implants. 

Q2: Do you support customized screws with non-standard design? 

A: Yes. We have high-precision Swiss CNC machines that can process complex thread shapes and special head structures according to your CAD drawings. 

Q3: How to ensure cleanliness? 

A: After processing, the screws will go through ultrasonic multi-channel cleaning to remove all cutting fluid and metal debris. On request, we can do the final packing in the Clean Room.
